The dynamic and versatile machine for those who never stop evolving
The G-Series six-spindle machines are rebuilt from Gildemeister AS20, GS20, GM16, GM20, GM32, GM35 and GM42 and offer exceptional speed and versatility, thus meeting a wide range of production needs. The G Series is the perfect solution for those who want flexibility and high performance without compromising on quality.
The production process in our multi-spindle machines is organized around six spindles, arranged in a spindle drum configuration. Each spindle is associated with a processing station equipped with front and cross slides. This setup allows the incoming bar to be transformed into the customer's workpiece through an optimized cycle.
Each station typically uses two tools, allowing for a total of twelve tools to operate simultaneously, performing turning, milling, drilling, broaching, and threading operations. Thanks to this configuration, our machines not only enable simultaneous machining but also ensure a significant reduction in cycle time. Automation and the ability to work on multiple faces at once make this possible, virtually eliminating downtime and boosting productivity by up to eight times compared to a single-spindle lathe.
The G-Series machines are designed and customized for those who require high production versatility. Their fast adaptation to new work cycles, intuitive user interfaces for easy programming, and ergonomic design for quick maintenance are all features that help minimize downtime.
Through close collaboration between our technical department and fitters, we can develop tailor-made solutions that are perfectly adapted to each customer’s specific needs, optimizing machine performance to its fullest potential. Our CNC cross slides are a prime example: once positioned correctly, they allow each tool to work along two axes, enabling the production of more detailed workpieces in less time.
Our multi-spindle lathes are the ideal solution for large-scale production while ensuring extreme precision, with tolerances as tight as one thousandth of a millimeter, and excellent efficiency in processing times. These machines are best suited for industries such as automotive, hydraulic, pneumatic, medical, and mechanical engineering.
