The production process is divided across six spindles, arranged in their spindle drum configuration. The machine has six processing stations, each with a front and a cross slide, that turn the incoming bar into the customer’s workpiece.
Each station tipically has two tools, meaning our machines are equipped with at least twelve tools capable of performing turning, milling, drilling, broaching, and threading operations simultaneously.
In addition to simultaneous processing, our machines offer the advantage of reduced cycle times thanks to automation, as well as the ability to work on multiple faces at once. This results in significantly reduced downtime, with productivity up to 8 times higher compared to single-spindle lathes.
